Privacy notice

Ad-free use

Simlog does not display ads in either its free or paid version. No advertising display network is used, and Android advertising identifier collection is disabled. Optional measurement helps us understand campaigns promoting Simlog on other platforms; it does not mean ads are displayed in the app.

If you enable measurement, Google Analytics for Firebase and Meta (Facebook) may process app-open, tutorial completion, premium views, plan selection and checkout events, the product, amount and currency of a verified first payment, app-instance identifiers, app/device information, technical diagnostics such as available storage, and connection information. Google Analytics may derive an approximate region from the IP address and record in-app subscription events. For Meta, only newly verified initial payments are measured; restores and renewals are not counted as new purchases, and test payments are not reported as real revenue. Card details, email addresses, Google Play purchase tokens and phone usage reports are not added to Meta events. Existing choices are not automatically extended to this new scope; renewed consent is required. GPS coordinates are not collected. Screen usage sessions and reports are not sent to these measurement services.

Simlog prepares usage reports from screen-on and screen-off times. While access is enabled, historical events are collected periodically even when the app is closed. Records stay on this phone for up to 90 days and are not sent to our server. You can turn off access in device settings and delete records in the app settings.

In-app browser

Privacy and terms pages open in a separate in-app browser. If you choose to open other sites, their own privacy policies apply; their sessions may be stored in the separate browser profile on this device.

Phone usage records

Usage records obtained with usage access are stored on the phone. Reports are prepared on the device. Usage sessions, app usage history and reports are not automatically uploaded to our server.

Server records

We process a random installation identifier, secure authentication information, language/country preferences, account creation time, verified subscription product/expiry information, support messages you submit and an optional contact email. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses. Do not include sensitive personal information or private usage records in support messages.

Service providers

Google Play handles purchases and subscription verification. Report sharing only happens when you choose to send a report. Facebook tracking is not enabled in this web application. Data is not sold for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Delete local records from Settings. Support content and installation links are deleted with account deletion. Minimal purchase records may remain for fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Other support records are retained while support is needed and under the operator’s applicable retention process. Ask the contact below about retention or deletion.

Notifications and optional measurement

Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications. A registration token, notification permission status and app version are linked to the installation account. Optional Firebase Analytics and Facebook app usage and advertising effectiveness measurement in Android are disabled until permission is given. Usage sessions are not sent to these services.
