Account and data deletion

Delete from the app

Open Simlog → Settings → Delete account. After authentication, the installation link and support content are deleted and the session is signed out. Clear usage records separately to remove the app’s local records.

If you cannot access the app

Send an account deletion request to the address below with your account identifier. We verify that the request belongs to you before processing it. Never email your installation secret or purchase token.

Subscription notice

Account or app deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play. Minimal purchase records may be retained for fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations.
